Goat's cheese

First-class goat's milk produced domestically

The base of our semi-hard goat's cheese is the best goat's milk available. This first-class milk comes from farms in the southern Netherlands. There, the white goats have plenty of space and are fed a balanced diet. This is why the milk is so exceptionally creamy and perfect for making cheese. We worked for years on the special recipes for our wide range of goat's cheeses. Moreover, Arina goat's cheese is ripened naturally on wooden shelves. In this way, the flavour can develop in peace and quiet in the old-fashioned way. And you can taste it!

The improved flavour

The flavour of goat's cheese is more accessible than ever. That is all down to the way the goats are treated. In the past, the billy goat lived with the nanny goats. This affected the quality of the milk. Nowadays, billy goats are kept apart from the flock. As a result, the goat’s milk is much milder. And needless to say, you can taste that soft flavour in the cheese.

Arina

A passion for cheese deserves Arina. This premium-quality semi-hard goat's cheese is domestically produced and stands out due to its soft texture and surprisingly mild flavour. Accessible for beginners, a real treat for cheese lovers. With variants that include Arina Berger and Arina Herbs, Arina is the perfect cheese for connaisseurs. It has a traditional appearance with a modern twist.

Amaltura Special Old

We have fine-tuned the recipe for our Amaltura cheese for as long as it took to meet the strict requirements of the cheesemakers. And with great results. The beautifully matured goat's cheese has a robust character and a hint of velvet. This makes Amaltura Special Old a genuine quality product. Amenable and a real asset in every assortment.
