Innovative alliance between cheese specialist Zijerveld and Amalthea van Dijk

Cheese specialists Zijerveld and goats’ milk producer Amalthea van Dijk are to enter into an alliance for the semi-hard goats’ cheese market segment in January 2010. In this innovative alliance, Zijerveld will focus on the finishing, marketing, sale and distribution of goats’ cheese. Amalthea van Dijk will focus on processing pasteurised goats’ milk into semi-hard goats’ cheese in various forms.
